The Fuso NZ team is fully prepared and equipped to continue supporting our essential services customers during the current COVID-19 lockdown.
We would like to thank all our customers for their understanding and support. By working together, we can ensure we all move forward safely and with confidence.
As circumstances change we will update this page with the latest information.
Below is an outline of how our business will operate during the Level 4 lockdown.
Fuso NZ will continue to provide sales and support, including parts supply for essential services.
Many of our sales and administration staff are set-up to work remotely to support your business.
Our standard office hours remain as 7am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
Deliveries / Pick Ups
As with all visitors to our site, couriers and delivery drivers are expected to follow strict physical-distancing protocols. To minimise contact, we have dedicated staff assigned to handle consignments (processed in line with a strict sanitary procedure).
Stock and supply
We carry over 20,000 line items at our Auckland parts warehouse, to support the FUSO, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner ranges. As such, we are well-protected in the short to medium-term against any changes to international freight schedules.
General hygiene and cleanliness
We have ramped up our onsite cleaning protocols. On top of daily work station sanitisation, all high-use, shared areas are being cleaned three times daily with antibacterial products.
