Fuso at Fieldays
A record crowd in excess of 130,000 – equivalent to almost the entire population of Hamilton – flooded Mystery Creek over the four-day event, with Fuso in prime position close to the site’s busiest entrance.
Fuso NZ managing director Kurtis Andrews was proud to head an enthusiastic team keen to be back in the thick of the action.
“We wanted to make a statement this year that Fuso is well and truly back in business, delivering better across every aspect of our operation,” said Kurtis.
“With nine trucks onsite from across our range, this was Fuso’s largest presence at Fieldays for some years. From the interest reported by our team, and the leads generated over the course of the event, it was a solid showing and one that we will be looking to build upon for next year.”
Canter, Fighter and HD models were all on display, with hot deals on popular Canter models driving a healthy amount of enquiry.
Canter Eco Hybrid’s innovative technology proved to be another drawcard, triggering broader conversations about Fuso’s vision for the future.
“We’ve committed to continually improving our offering and I think that idea resonated with the people I spoke to,” said Kurtis. “Overall it was a very positive outcome and I’d like to thank the whole Fuso team for helping make our return to Fieldays such a success.”
