Good as new
In business for 14 years, Transvisual is one of Auckland’s leading refinishing centres, with a state-of-the art workshop complex and 30 staff ranging from panel beaters to designers and applicators. The company provides panel repairs, spray-painting, vehicle signage and fleet branding for anything from trucks to helipcopters, with over 70% of its work involving repaints.
In order to ensure consistent quality and service, Bruce, who has 30 years of panel beating experience, says he will always recommend Genuine Parts over second-hand or aftermarket.
“We want to get vehicles back on the road as soon as possible and looking like new; the best way to do that is to use genuine parts,” says Bruce.
“If a door was buggered, for example, we get the replacement in, paint it, the truck would come in for the day, we’d swap it all over, do whatever signwriting is needed, and the truck would go out at the end of the day.
“If the part is aftermarket, we’d still go through that process, but there’s a bigger risk of it not fitting right and us having to start over. That’s why we will always push for Genuine Parts.”
Servicing the full FUSO range of Canter, Fighter and HD trucks and Rosa buses, Bruce says he’s been impressed with the FUSO Genuine parts availability and speed of service.
“The delivery time of parts is excellent. Most are delivered the following day – unless we need them the same day, in which case KAT would go above and beyond to help us.”
Bruce works closely with Keith Andrews Trucks to provide clients with the best solution for their fleets.
“We have a great relationship with Keith Andrews and hold all of the same values. At the end of the day, we all just want to reach the best possible outcome for customers. To do that, genuine parts and quality service will always be our recommendation.”
